All My Details

Privacy policy

This is a starting draft to be reviewed before commercial launch.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Who is responsible

All My Details is operated by Chartwell Noble Ltd, The Hayloft, Offerton Farm, Worcester WR3 8SX. Our privacy contact is hello@allmydetails.com.

We are the data controller for platform accounts and service analytics. Each page owner is the data controller for the contacts and enquiries they receive. We process those contacts and enquiries on their behalf. Contact the page owner first about how they use your details, or contact us if you need help reaching them.

Information we collect

  • Account information, including your name, email address and sign-in information, and the content you choose to publish on your page.
  • Contact details or enquiries you submit, including your name, email, optional mobile number, interest, where you met, message and permission choices.
  • Visitor analytics, including page views, taps, contact saves and shared contacts, referral website, source tags, device category, approximate country where available, and the time of the event.

Analytics use a hashed, non-reversible visitor identifier derived from the network address, browser information, current date and a secret salt. We do not store the raw IP address in analytics records. The identifier changes daily and is not used to follow you across websites. We do not use cookies for tracking. Necessary sign-in storage may be used to keep account holders signed in.

Hosting providers necessarily process network addresses to deliver the service and protect it. This is distinct from the analytics information stored by All My Details. Do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry or contact message.

Why we use it

We rely on contract to create and manage accounts and provide the service. We rely on legitimate interests to understand aggregate usage, protect the service and improve it, taking visitors’ rights into account.

Page owners use submitted details to respond to your request and should explain the lawful basis for their own follow-up. The required permission to contact you concerns that request only. Optional marketing updates rely on consent, which is separate and off by default. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting the page owner or using an unsubscribe option in their updates. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use.

Who receives information

The owner of the page receives the contact details or enquiry you send. Authorised platform administrators may access information to provide support, protect the service or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell contact details.

Our sub-processors are Lovable Cloud / Supabase for hosting, accounts, database and storage, and Resend for email notifications when enabled. Data may be processed outside the UK. Provider locations and appropriate UK international transfer safeguards must be confirmed as part of the pre-launch review.

How long we keep it

Contacts and enquiries are kept until the page owner deletes them or closes their account. Owners should keep only what they need and review it regularly. Account information is kept while the account is active and where necessary afterwards to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Analytics are kept to provide the page’s reporting history. An appropriate analytics retention period and provider backup deletion periods must be confirmed before commercial launch. Copies in provider backups may remain for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances. You can withdraw consent at any time.

For contacts and enquiries, ask the page owner using their published contact details. For platform account information or help with a request, email hello@allmydetails.com. Include enough detail for us to find the relevant account or page, but do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity and usually respond within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the opportunity to address a concern first.

Security and changes

We use access controls and secure connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly about a suspected issue. We may revise this policy and will update the date above and communicate material changes where appropriate.
