The service

All My Details lets you publish a business card page, with contact details, links, actions and a portrait. Visitors can save your contact, send an enquiry or share their own details. You can manage your content and see aggregate views and taps.

We may update the service or temporarily suspend it for maintenance or security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed enquiries or commercial results. Links to other websites are the responsibility of their operators.

Your account and content

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for the content on your page, ensuring you have permission to use names, portraits, logos and links, and keeping contact information up to date. Tell us promptly if your account may have been accessed without permission.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to host and display it only as needed to provide the service. Approval of a page does not mean we endorse its owner or business.

Acceptable use

• Do not impersonate another person or business, mislead visitors or publish unlawful content.
• Do not post material that infringes others’ rights, threatens people or exposes private information without permission.
• Do not use the service for spam, fraud, malware, harassment or attempts to access other accounts or data.

We may remove content or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with the law or enforce these terms. Contact us if you believe a decision is mistaken.

Contacts and enquiries

Page owners are the data controller for contacts and enquiries they receive. All My Details processes that information on their behalf to store it, show it in their dashboard and send notifications. Owners must use details only for the purpose communicated to the visitor and respect deletion requests and consent choices.

Permission to respond to a request is separate from optional consent to marketing updates. Owners must not treat a shared contact or an enquiry as automatic permission to send marketing. Keep records of permission and honour withdrawals.

Contacts and enquiries are retained until the page owner deletes them or closes the account, subject to any legal obligation that requires retention. Owners should review retained details regularly and delete anything no longer needed.

How we process data for owners

We process received details only to provide the service and on the owner’s documented instructions, including their dashboard choices, unless the law requires otherwise. We use access controls to protect confidentiality. Our hosting sub-processor is Lovable Cloud / Supabase and our email sub-processor is Resend when email notifications are enabled.

We will assist owners with data rights requests and security concerns where reasonably possible. Contact us about a suspected personal data breach. A full data processing agreement, international transfer safeguards and security commitments should be reviewed before commercial launch.

Closing your account and your rights

You can delete your page and its stored contacts and enquiries from Account. Contact us if you also want your account closed. We may retain information where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited under UK law.

These draft terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We will notify account holders of material changes where appropriate.
